We make our jewelry as a couple of architect and glass designer. We have been designing and developing architectural glass for more than 30 years. We were able to implement the architectural glass with large glass companies. However, during the break due to COVID, we liked the opportunity to create our own works in our own studio on a small scale, each of which was created through a long experiment. We really enjoy being able to create exciting microworlds on our own from the material we love, FUSED GLASS.
The glass jewelry made in this way is presented on our website under the brand name SILVETRI as SILVER + VETRI* (*Italian word, meaning: glass). The fused glass come with sterling silver accessories with a purity of at least 92.5%, certified by a hallmark, which are also made by hand. We make every effort to ensure that the product arrives safely to our customers during shipment. The jewelry is packed in metal boxes and protected with foams. Silver materials are inspected and hallmarked by a government agency.

How do I place an order?

Use the MENU links to help you find what you are looking for and lead you to our product listings.
Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select it and click on the ADD TO CART button underneath each item.
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG icon at the right top of the page. You can use the CART link to delete items from your shopping bag with the X sign next to the product line. You can click on ‘Continue shopping’ to keep browsing, or if you are ready to finalize your purchase, click PAYPAL icon.
Finalize your purchase. Please note that the quoted price is based on the EUR exchange rate, but does not change at the time of purchase and includes VAT. The final price for NON-EU customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company or bank processes the transaction.
For non-registered customers, please complete the `Billing Address` form. Make sure you fill in all fields marked with *. If you have already registered with us, simply login using you e-mail address and the password you created for the account.
Please read our Terms and Conditions prior to placing your order. Every time you place an order with us, you will need to confirm to have read and agreed to them.
You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address once the order has been placed successfully. Please make sure your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can reach you if necessary.

Payment and Shipping

Processing time:
Time to dispatching is usually 2 business days. The tracking option will be communicated via email.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 4-10 business days
North America: 4-14 business days
We make every effort to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be incurred. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Secure ordering & payment options

PAYPAL payment is secure. For example, the buyer's credit card or bank account number remains secret. The data is encrypted using advanced technology and stored on secure servers. We only receive the buyer's name, e-mail address and postal address to which we can send the purchased goods. In addition, we cannot see any other data. As an additional payment option, online credit card payment is also possible through the system provided by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, VisaElectron, Maestro cards).

Returns & refunds

We hope you are satisfied with the jewelry we make. However, the law allows you to return the product in accordance with the following rules:
On the basis of contracts concluded between absentees, decree 45/2014 (II.26.) of the Government, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract and return the ordered product without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods.
The withdrawal period in the case of a contract for the sale of a product: "expires 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes over the product."
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer shall not be liable for any costs other than the cost of returning the product. The Seller will refund the purchase price to the Buyer immediately after the return of the goods, but no later than within 14 days.
The Buyer shall be entitled to exercise his right of withdrawal as intended, without abusing this right. In the event of a waiver qualifying as an abuse, the Seller is released from the obligation to take back the goods and refund the purchase price.
The Seller is obliged to reimburse the full purchase price to the customer only in the case of the return of the undamaged, unused, fully packaged product. The costs arising from the damage to the packaging shall be borne by the Buyer. The Seller shall not be liable for the goods lost during the return. In the absence of the goods, the Seller is not obliged to do so.
During the exercise of the right of exchange, the cost of returning the product and delivering the replacement product shall be borne by the Buyer.
Withdrawal process:
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement of your intention to withdraw by e-mail to the following email address: info@silvetri.com
You will exercise your right of withdrawal in due time if you submit your notice of withdrawal before the expiry of the period specified above.
We will refund all refunds you have made within 14 days, including shipping costs.
We may withhold a refund until the product returned to us, or you have confirmed that it has been returned.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances. Such partners are logistics, delivery and delivery service providers, customer service providers, financial organisations, anti-fraud organisations, technology providers.
